Return Policy (3 Days)

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-eligible items include:

  • Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

How to Request a Return

Important:

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

This ensures quicker processing and availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If Approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:
    • Refunds will be issued as store credit, or
    • Transferred to your bank account upon request

If Not Approved:

  • You will be notified, and the item will be returned to you.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • All returned items are subject to quality inspection
  • Promotional or bundled items must be returned together
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements
